travel united states alaska whittier outside town


While we had our rental car, we not only went through the tunnel to visit Anchorage, Aleyska Resort, and Portage Glacier,
we drove east out the other side of Whittier on what is apparently called the "Shotgun Cove Trail" to roads end.
We saw some nice scenery of the mountains, trees, rivers, and the water passage into Whittier.
